Video Editor - 6-Month FTC (January Start)
Location: London, UK (Hybrid)
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Video Editor to join a creative team on a 6-month fixed-term contract starting in January. You'll work across a range of government-related projects, crafting impactful and culturally aware video content for social and digital channels.
This is a fast-moving environment where sensitivity, accuracy, and professional judgement are essential. You'll play a key role in shaping polished video output from concept to final delivery.
What You'll Do
- Edit and produce high-quality short-form and long-form video content
- Create platform-specific edits for TikTok, Reels, YouTube, and other social channels
- Develop creative solutions to enhance narrative and visual storytelling
- Localise and adapt content into Russian, ensuring linguistic and cultural accuracy
- Add graphics, titles, supers, subtitles, and sound design where needed
- Collaborate with designers, creatives, and project managers to deliver work on brief and to deadline
- Maintain high production standards and consistency across all outputs
- Contribute ideas to elevate content and streamline workflows
About You
- Fluent in Russian (essential)
- Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong digital/social portfolio
- Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro (essential) and After Effects (preferred)
- Confident in editing for social platforms and aware of evolving trends
- Experience working on sensitive or government-related communications is advantageous
- Strong eye for pacing, narrative flow, and visual detail
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Comfortable working hybrid in London
- Must hold security clearance, and be able to show proof
Contract Details
- 6-month FTC, starting January
- Hybrid working, London-based
- Salary: £45,000-£50,000 depending on experience
