GEO & AI Account Director (SEO)

3 days per week in the London office

Must have RTW in the UK to apply

The Job

• To manage all GEO & LLM search projects with the ultimate goal of converting them into retained ongoing relationships
• Working closely with Head of Search and Head of Innovation, help to build out and productise our offering to ensure we are a market leading agency at the forefront of new search opportunities
• Develop and build their own AD 'pod' of clients focused on "new search" activity as above. You will build a team of Account Managers and Account Executives (working with existing resource initially) training and upskill these individuals as needed
• An important part of the above will be to play a critical role in the preparation and delivery of pitch work for new opportunities
• Supporting day to day operations to ensure continual high levels of communication with clients
• Provide strategic direction/recommendations to clients to ensure campaigns meet and exceed KPIs

You

• Minimum 5 years' experience working within SEO with demonstrable early adoption of new search opportunities
• Proven track record of delivering growth through GEO and AI/LLM focused search. We need you to have done this before and be able to demonstrate it.
• Extensive experience using GEO/LLM tracking tools such as Profound, PEEC and/or Otterly.ai
• Knowledge of media and knowledge of wider marketing mix theory
• Ability to autonomously identify opportunities, generate ideas and formulate strategies.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills alongside a mathematical and analytical mind. Extensive experience in forecasting, pitching and commercial input is desirable.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills are needed, including an elevated level of English grammar along with high attention to detail.
