German-Speaking Freelance Influencer Manager

I am on the hunt for a German-speaking Freelance Influencer Manager with a deep knowledge of the German influencer and creator ecosystem to support its Relationships team on social-first influencer campaigns.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams across accounts, strategy, insights and creative, delivering best-in-class influencer and advocate work for a range of brands.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing end-to-end influencer activations: talent identification, outreach, negotiation, contracting and invoicing
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers, creators and talent agencies
- Acting as a day-to-day contact, keeping stakeholders informed on campaign progress
- Identifying creators using research tools and a strong understanding of the German influencer landscape
- Supporting campaign strategy, launches, events and social activations
- Creating decks and materials for client presentations and pitches
- Tracking KPIs, reporting on performance and feeding insights back into strategy
- Staying culturally tuned into social and influencer trends
What we're looking for:
- Strong experience in influencer marketing, ideally agency-side
- Deep knowledge of the German influencer and creator ecosystem
- Confident managing projects from brief to delivery
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Proactive, detail-oriented and solution-driven
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent German and English
