German-Speaking Social Account Manager
Location: London / Germany
Contract: 6-Month FTC
Salary: €55,000

Role
Manage and expand client accounts by fostering strong relationships, delivering innovative creative solutions, and maintaining exceptional organisational standards.
Consistently develop fresh, creative ideas and strategic solutions for client campaigns.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior clients, understanding their unique needs and consistently exceeding their expectations.
Gain a thorough understanding of client brands, industries, and target audiences.
Lead and manage teams to deliver impactful social strategies across various clients and projects.
Take ownership of insights and monitoring initiatives, ensuring these inform creative and strategic outputs.
Collaborate with Creative and Engagement Strategy Directors to enhance and evolve the strategic offering.
Keep up-to-date with client industries, market developments, and competitor activity.
Ensure clients receive timely updates and reports, maintaining an organised central repository of essential documents.
Assist in developing project briefs, collaborating with internal teams to conceptualise strategies and campaign ideas, and presenting these effectively to clients.
Work with Project Planners to produce clear project plans and detailed project specifications.
Prepare and manage accurate cost estimates, securing client approval and Account Director sign-off before initiating work.
Ensure timely and accurate billing for all client projects.
Monitor campaign budgets, securing client approval for all expenses-especially any unplanned costs.
Support the delivery of client reviews and presentations for senior stakeholders.
Oversee and maintain the quality of all project deliverables under your management.
Ensure Account Directors and/or Creative Directors review all briefs and participate in key project meetings.
Maintain an organised archive of key client information for easy access by the wider team.
Requirements
Proven experience in account management, creative development, or client-facing project delivery.
Demonstrated success in delivering social and digital campaigns across multiple markets.
Experience managing multi-market campaign activations.
Previous line management experience, with a track record of leading and developing teams.
Ability to manage client relationships while delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues swiftly and effectively.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and communicate confidently at all levels.
Exceptional listening skills and attention to detail.
Strong understanding of social media landscapes and their influence on brand strategy.
Highly organised with excellent time management abilities, able to manage multiple projects under pressure.
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
