Global Creative Operations Lead - Creative Agency
Salary: £58,000 - £63,000
Location: Hybrid (UK-based, international collaboration)
Start Date: ASAP / notice period
We're looking for a Global Creative Operations Lead to join a leading, employee-owned creative agency. You'll manage the end-to-end delivery of projects across our global creative studio, ensuring work is on brief, on budget, and delivered with impact.
In this role, you'll oversee resource planning, project scoping, and workflow optimisation, supporting creative teams across multiple regions. You'll work closely with senior leadership to remove operational barriers, strengthen collaboration, and drive operational excellence.
Key Requirements:
7+ years in operational/project management, studio or agency environments
Experience managing multi-disciplined teams and delivering change
Strong understanding of creative processes, production, and international operations
Commercially aware with financial/traffic management experience
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills
