You'll be joining the performance-driven digital marketing division, where data meets creativity and no two days are the same.

• Kick-start your career in a global media group with hands-on training from industry experts.
• Work on live campaigns for well-known brands, learning the ins and outs of paid social advertising from day one.
• Be part of a supportive team in the Leeds office, with hybrid working and a clear pathway for progression.

As Biddable Executive (with an emphasis on Paid Social), your responsibilities will include:

• Helping to set up and launch paid social and programmatic campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

• Monitoring live campaigns, spotting opportunities, and suggesting tweaks to boost performance.

• Tracking budgets and performance daily, making sure campaigns hit their targets.

• Gathering data and contributing to reports, presentations, and campaign wrap-ups.

• Building great working relationships with client teams to share insights and ideas.

• Getting involved in client and team meetings to learn, contribute, and grow.

• Expanding your skills in all things paid media through our structured training programme.

You:

• Are excited by digital marketing, social media, and the world of online advertising.

• Communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and in person.

• Enjoy solving problems and have great attention to detail.

• Are comfortable working with numbers and data to make decisions.

• Can juggle tasks, stay organised, and follow processes.

• Think creatively and are always keen to bring fresh ideas to the table.

• Have basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (or are keen to learn fast).
