Graduate Data & Insights Analyst - London (Hybrid)

We're looking for a curious, ambitious graduate to join our growing data team. Whether your interest lies in analysing audience behaviour, building pipelines, or uncovering patterns with machine learning, this role is designed to offer a foundation across key areas of marketing analytics, insights, and data engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse marketing, media, or audience datasets to extract actionable insights and trends.

• Support the design and automation of data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting tools.

• Assist with the development of testing frameworks, audience segmentation, or predictive models.

• Translate complex data into clear visualisations and narratives for non-technical stakeholders.

• Collaborate with strategists, media planners, and creatives to embed insight into campaign development and delivery.

What We're Looking For:

• A recent graduate (or early-career applicant) with a degree in a numerate, technical, or analytical subject (e.g. Computer Science, Economics, Psychology, Maths, Data Science, etc.).

• Interest in one or more areas: marketing analytics, data engineering, customer insights, or data science.

• Comfortable working with numbers and exploring datasets; familiarity with tools like Excel, Python, SQL, R, or GA4 is a bonus (but not required).

• An analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a desire to learn how data can solve creative and commercial challenges.

• Excellent communication skills, you enjoy explaining things clearly and collaborating across disciplines.
