Our client is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and expansion for a fast-growing SaaS business. This is a high-impact role where you'll balance hands-on execution with leadership, taking ownership of multichannel campaigns, paid and outbound activity, and performance reporting, while managing a junior marketer.
Reporting directly into the CMO, you'll join a collaborative, ambitious team with a supportive culture that values progression, impact, and innovation.
About the role
Plan, manage, and deliver multichannel campaigns focused on acquisition and expansion.
Lead on paid channel performance (search, social, display), optimising campaigns and working with agencies and in-house teams to drive results.
Coordinate outbound activity across email, events, sponsorships, and customer comms.
Source and manage data for targeting, ensuring accuracy and compliance across the tech stack.
Own campaign reporting, turning insights into actionable improvements.
Line manage and develop a Marketing Executive.
About you
Proven track record in growth-focused marketing within a startup, scale-up, or B2B SaaS environment.
Experienced in delivering multichannel campaigns that drive measurable results.
Strong understanding of performance marketing and confident managing agencies.
Skilled with data and reporting tools (e.g. CRM, GA4, email platforms).
Collaborative communicator and supportive people manager.
Commercially minded, ambitious, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
