Head of Commercial

This is a pivotal commercial leadership role at the heart of one of the iGaming industry's most innovative affiliates. You will be responsible for shaping publishing and monetisation strategy, driving high-value conversions, and delivering groundbreaking marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.

About the role

  • Take ownership of publisher monetisation, developing and executing strategies that maximise traffic value and drive revenue through affiliation, advertising, and partnerships.

  • Lead the marketing strategy for proprietary products, including a sweepstake casino and prediction market, delivering robust lead generation pipelines for operator partners.

  • Optimise user journeys and lead funnels to convert audiences into first-time depositors (FTDs) and generate long-term Net Gaming Revenue (NGR).

  • Develop and implement forward-thinking marketing innovations that leverage emerging technologies, channels, and trends in esports betting and online casino.

  • Collaborate with vertical leads and media teams to execute creative, data-driven campaigns that fuel growth and engagement.

  • Champion a data-first approach, harnessing analytics to uncover insights, optimise performance, and shape strategy.

  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders across esports, gaming, and marketing technology.

  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring strong ROI and negotiating favourable commercial terms with partners and suppliers.

  • Mentor and inspire teams, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and commercial excellence.

About you

  • 5-7 years' senior marketing experience, ideally within iGaming affiliates, esports betting, or related digital marketing sectors.

  • Proven expertise in driving measurable growth through lead generation, conversion, and monetisation strategies.

  • Strong knowledge of esports betting, online casino, and the wider iGaming landscape.

  • Hands-on marketing experience across multiple disciplines, including affiliation, programmatic advertising, and digital partnerships.

  • Commercially astute, with budget management experience and a sharp focus on ROI.

  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in advanced analytics and business intelligence tools.

  • Experience in sweepstake products, social casinos, or other lead generation platforms is highly desirable.

  • Inspirational leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide and motivate teams.

  • A passion for gaming and innovation, with the drive to challenge boundaries and deliver market-leading results.
