Head of Customer Success - Creative DSP- $140,000 - $170,000 plus bonus
The Company
Leading Programmatic DSP within the Ad Tech industry for brands and agencies! They are working with all of the top brands such as McDonald's, Target, Coca Cola and more!
They are over 250 people globally with 25 people here in the US. They are looking for a new head of Customer Success to manage a team here in the US. You must have programmatic ad tech experience to apply!
The Job
- Managing a team of 3 - 4 Customer Success Managers as well as holding your own book of Enterprise level accounts
- Focus on customer retention and growth across all clients the team supports
- Optimise customer on boarding and engagement overseeing the development of customer on boarding processes
- continue to up skill and develop your team within the business as it grows
- This role is Hybrid 2 days a week in NYC
You
- at least 10 years experience within customer success or account management from a Programmatic DSP or Ad Tech
- proven experience managing and leading teams
- Excellent Communication Skills both written and Verbal
- Strategic thinker with a data driven mindset focusing on optimising processes
- The Ambition to grow and lead a skilled Customer Success Team
