We're looking for a strategic and commercially-focused eCommerce and digital leader to drive growth for a premium luxury fashion business. In this role, you'll take ownership of the full online strategy, balancing long-term vision with hands-on execution to expand international sales and deliver a seamless, high-end customer experience.
A bit about the role
- Develop and implement the global online strategy to drive revenue, increase market share, and boost customer engagement.
- Manage the digital P&L and budget, ensuring all online spend is optimised for growth.
- Oversee all digital channels, including performance marketing, CRM, and social media, to strengthen brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Lead and manage relationships with external agencies for web development, digital marketing, and technology partnerships.
- Ensure digital customer support delivers a premium experience in line with the brand's standards.
A bit about you
- Several years of experience in luxury fashion.
- Proven track record of scaling online businesses using performance marketing, CRM, and CRO.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Skilled in using data and analytics to monitor, optimise, and forecast business performance.
- Deep understanding of premium customers and the ability to translate brand values into an engaging digital experience.
