Sphere Digital Recruitment are partnered with a high-growth SaaS vendor transforming customer experience for consumer brands with their AI-powered Customer Service platform. Following significant global growth and funding, they are now hiring a Head of Pipeline Generation to build and scale their global pipeline function as they progress towards $100M ARR.
This is a high-impact role, reporting directly to the CRO, where you'll create and execute a new pipeline generation engine. It's more than management, it's an opportunity to design the playbook, lead and coach a global BDR team, and deliver measurable impact on revenue.
The Role
- Own global pipeline targets and deliver consistent meeting-to-opportunity conversion rates
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing BDR team (5-10) with strong ramp and attainment metrics
- Design and implement AI-driven prospecting frameworks across Salesforce, Outreach, Clay, and related tools
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps to deliver predictable, scalable pipeline
- Report directly to C-Suite, shaping go-to-market strategy and driving operational excellence
You
- 3-5 years' experience leading BDR/SDR teams in B2B SaaS, scaling functions beyond $50M ARR
- Proven success building pipeline engines (people + process + AI) and consistently exceeding targets
- Player-coach mentality, comfortable rolling sleeves up while setting long-term strategy
- Experience with value-based selling methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of Message, etc.)
- Analytical, data-driven, and passionate about creating scalable, repeatable processes
