A global leader in privacy-first data collaboration is scaling rapidly across Europe and is hiring a Head of Publishers to own and grow one of its most strategically important markets.

This is a senior commercial leadership role with real ownership. You'll be responsible for building and deepening relationships with major publishers, broadcasters and platforms across the DACH region, driving adoption of core connectivity and identity solutions, and unlocking new revenue across data, insights, activation and measurement.

The Role

• Lead the publisher and platform strategy across the DACH market

• Own senior relationships with leading publishers, media groups and platforms

• Identify and deliver new commercial opportunities across data collaboration, clean rooms and measurement

• Act as a trusted advisor on industry change (GDPR, identity shifts, signal loss, measurement)

What They're Looking For

• 8+ years' experience in adtech or digital media sales within DACH

• Strong existing relationships with publishers, broadcasters and platforms

• Proven track record of selling technology-led solutions and exceeding revenue targets

• Fluent in German and English
