The Job
- Lead, coach and inspire a team of 5 Account Executives.
- Drive consistent quota attainment and predictable revenue delivery.
- Scale outbound sales motions and accelerate new logo acquisition.
- Build and execute a regional go-to-market strategy.
- Engage personally in strategic and late-stage deal negotiations.
- Manage accurate pipeline forecasting and revenue visibility.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product and Leadership.
You
- 2-4 years leading quota-carrying SaaS sales teams.
- 5+ years as a top-performing B2B SaaS individual contributor.
- Strong track record scaling outbound sales motions.
- Proven experience forecasting pipeline and driving predictable growth.
- Skilled in coaching and building high-performance teams.
- Fluent English (German a plus).
- CRM expertise (Salesforce preferred).
