We're hiring a senior social leader to own and evolve the digital presence of one of the world's most-watched business podcasts.
This is not a community manager role. It is a category-defining leadership position.
You will set the creative direction, build the content architecture, and shape how a globally recognised podcast brand shows up across every major platform. The ambition is clear: move beyond distribution and build the most influential social ecosystem in podcasting.
The Mandate
Take full ownership of multi-platform social storytelling
Define the long-term creative and strategic vision for social
Build a brand presence that leads conversation rather than follows trends
Turn short-form attention into sustained long-form viewership
Establish social as a primary growth driver, not a support function
6-12 Month Impact
By 6 months:
Social channels evolve into original content destinations - not just episode clips
Launch of platform-native formats aligned to brand tone and purpose
Measurable uplift in traffic from social to YouTube full episodes
Clear, cohesive visual and narrative identity across all platforms
By 12 months:
Recognition as the most socially influential podcast brand in its category
Distinctive brand positioning that drives trust, loyalty, and cultural relevance
Sustained long-form growth directly attributable to social strategy
A high-performing content engine built on experimentation and insight
Core Responsibilities
Architect and execute a social-first content strategy across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, X, and LinkedIn
Develop scalable, repeatable original formats beyond repurposed clips
Lead analytics-driven decision making, connecting short-form engagement to long-form consumption
Build and manage large-scale online communities
Translate audience behaviour and platform signals into creative direction
Work cross-functionally with production, editorial, and growth teams

Proven Scale Operator
Demonstrated success running and expanding high-engagement social accounts for major creator, media, or entertainment brands.
Creative Strategist
Experienced in developing original, platform-native formats designed specifically for short-form ecosystems.
Platform-First Thinker
Deep fluency across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, X, and LinkedIn - with a clear understanding of how each platform drives discovery and retention.
Growth-Minded Leader
Understands how to convert attention into meaningful action - subscribers, long-form viewers, and brand affinity.
Data-Led Decision Maker
Builds systems, runs experiments, and prioritises evidence over opinion.
