HR Business Partner

HR Leader - London (Hybrid)

HR BP/Leader wanted for a fast-growing digital marketing and agency group operating at the intersection of entrepreneurship, performance marketing and M&A.

Sphere have partnered with an agency network who are a rapidly scaling collective of high-growth performance marketing agencies, bringing together ambitious founders and teams to build a new kind of agency group. With multiple portfolio companies and international clients, the group is expanding quickly and building the infrastructure required to support its next phase of growth.

They are now looking to hire an HR Leader to work directly with the C-Suite to implement and standardise HR processes across the group.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys building HR foundations within a growing organisation. You will work across multiple operating companies, helping to establish consistent people processes while supporting leadership teams with day-to-day HR operations.

The role is London-based with a flexible hybrid setup.

The role:

• Working directly with the C-Suite to implement and standardise HR procedures across the group
• Supporting portfolio companies with HR guidance, processes and resources
• Creating and implementing onboarding processes for new hires across the group
• Developing HR policies for both employees and contractors across multiple geographies
• Leading the people and HR aspects of mergers and company integrations
• Overseeing training and development programmes across the organisation

You:

• Have strong hands-on HR experience, ideally within fast-growing businesses or agency environments
• Have experience working with both employees and contractors
• Are comfortable building HR processes and policies from the ground up
• Are confident working closely with founders and senior leadership teams
• Have experience managing hiring processes, contracts, onboarding and employee relations
• Ideally have experience working across multiple geographies (though this is not essential)
• Are pragmatic, organised and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment
