They're now looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to help shape the employee experience, support leadership, and drive strategic HR initiatives.
The Opportunity:
As the US HR Business Partner, you'll be a key member of the local leadership team and a trusted advisor to people managers across the region. You'll blend hands-on HR delivery with strategic support, driving culture, engagement, and performance in a collaborative, global environment.
The Job
Act as a strategic partner to US leaders on all people matters
Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, feedback, and development initiatives
Own and enhance onboarding, engagement, and team-building experiences
Deliver learning and development plans aligned with team and individual goals
Proactively identify and address retention risks
Ensure compliance with US labor law and company policies
Collaborate closely with global HR teams to align and elevate people practices
Use HRIS and benefits tools to support decision-making and track key metrics
You
3+ years in an HRBP or generalist role, ideally in tech, digital, or global environments
Solid understanding of US employment law and HR best practices
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic setting with a hands-on approach
Skilled with HR systems and data (experience with Sage People or Sequoia is a plus)
Culturally curious and confident working in a global HR team
