An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Operations Manager / Delivery Lead to join a leading organisation based in Saudi Arabia.

* Based in Riyadh
* 5 days a week in the office
* 3 years initially

* $400- $500pd

The Job

As the HR Operations Manager / Delivery Lead, you will be the overall owner of HR Managed Services delivery for the client, accountable for SLA performance, compliance, governance, and continuous improvement across RPO, Payroll, HRMS, and Assessment Centres.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Acting as the single point of accountability for HR Managed Services delivery.
* Governing SLAs, KPIs, service credits, and escalation management.
* Leading mobilisation, transition, and steady-state operations.
* Ensuring compliance with Saudi Labour Law, GOSI, Qiwa, MoHR, and ZATCA.
* Chairing service reviews (daily, weekly, monthly, and steering committees).
* Driving optimisation, automation adoption, and productivity improvements.
* Managing senior client stakeholders and internal delivery teams.

You

* 10+ years' experience in HR operations or shared services leadership.
* Strong knowledge of Saudi regulatory requirements.
* Proven experience in managed services and SLA governance.
* Confident managing senior-level stakeholders.
