Influence Account Director - Global Tech Brand
The Opportunity
We're working with a leading global creative agency to hire an Influence Director to lead high-profile campaigns for a major technology brand.
This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of large-scale influencer programmes, working across integrated campaigns that shape culture and drive real impact.
The Role
As Influence Director, you'll lead multiple influencer workstreams end-to-end - from strategy and planning through to execution and reporting.
You'll manage a team, own client relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across PR, social, media, and digital to deliver best-in-class campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead influencer campaigns from strategy → execution → reporting
- Define influencer strategy, including objectives, targeting, and budgets
- Identify, vet, negotiate, and manage influencer partnerships
- Manage and mentor junior team members
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
- Collaborate with PR, social, media, and digital teams on integrated campaigns
- Stay ahead of cultural and social trends
- Support new business pitches and agency growth initiatives
About You
- Currently operating at Influence Director level (or strong Senior Lead ready to step up)
- Experience working with large brands, ideally within tech or consumer
- Strong understanding of influencer strategy and the social landscape
- Confident managing clients and senior stakeholders
- Highly collaborative with excellent communication skills
- Passionate about culture, trends, and the creator economy
