About the Role
We're looking for an accomplished Influencer Director to lead influencer strategy, creative direction, and partnerships for a world-renowned international luxury brand.
Based in the UK, this is a unique opportunity to shape and execute influencer marketing that elevates brand visibility, desirability, and cultural relevance across North America - while aligning with a global strategy and creative vision.
You'll act as both strategic architect and creative leader, setting the influencer vision for the US market, managing a talented team, and collaborating with international partners to ensure consistency, quality, and measurable impact across all regions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead influencer marketing strategy for the US market within a globally aligned framework, defining creative direction, talent strategy, and performance KPIs.
Develop and manage partnerships across macro, celebrity, and culturally influential creators on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Oversee campaign execution from concept to delivery, ensuring content reflects the brand's aesthetic, storytelling values, and performance goals.
Collaborate with international teams (Social, Content, Creative, PR, Paid, and Strategy) to ensure influencer work aligns with wider brand and content objectives.
Lead and mentor the US influencer team, supporting creative ideation, campaign delivery, and team development.
Analyse and optimise campaign performance using metrics such as engagement rate, EMV, CPM, CTR, and sentiment.
Represent the agency and brand in creator and industry settings, championing best-in-class influencer practice and partnership integrity.
Stay ahead of social and cultural trends, identifying new creators, formats, and opportunities that drive cut-through and cultural impact.
About You
7+ years' experience in influencer marketing, social strategy, or creator partnerships, ideally within luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
Proven record of leading large-scale influencer programs across the US market.
Experience building and scaling creator ecosystems and ambassador programs.
Strong understanding of cross-platform storytelling across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
Confident managing integrated paid and organic influencer campaigns.
Proficient with tools such as CreatorIQ, Traackr, Tagger, or GRIN, with a data-driven approach.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Deep cultural fluency and creative instinct, connecting global storytelling to local relevance.
Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and proactive - comfortable working across time zones and cultures.
