We're working with a fast-growing, mission-driven D2C brand in the female health & wellness space. Influencers are at the heart of growth - and in this role, you'll lead the strategy, execution, and results.
💥 What You'll Own
✨ Full-cycle influencer campaigns: scouting → outreach → negotiation → execution → reporting
✨ Manage budgets starting at €20K per month, scaling up to €300K+ during peak periods
✨ Run large-scale activations across Instagram, TikTok & emerging platforms
✨ Optimize campaigns using key metrics like ROAS, conversion, AOV & reach
✨ Track and report performance to guide strategy and budget allocation
✨ Experiment with new creators, channels, and content formats
You won't just coordinate campaigns - you'll drive measurable growth.
🎯 Who You Are
✔ 1-2+ years in performance-focused influencer marketing (D2C, beauty, or wellness preferred)
✔ Experienced in managing €40K+ budgets independently
✔ Highly structured and analytical - ROAS, AOV, and performance KPIs excite you
✔ Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
✔ Hands-on and independent - you get things done without layers of approval
✔ Fluent in German and confident in English
✔ Passionate about social media trends and creator culture
