About the Role
We're looking for an exceptional Integrated Client Services Director with a proven track record delivering multi-channel campaigns across sport, partnerships, social and digital ecosystems. You'll lead key client relationships, steer integrated creative and production processes, and champion culturally resonant, high‑impact work that connects brands with fans.

Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Strategy
- Serve as the senior day‑to‑day lead across priority accounts, driving forward integrated campaigns from insight to execution.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, providing strategic guidance across sports partnerships, content ecosystems, social channels and multi-channel activations.
- Translate audience insights, cultural moments and sporting relevance into actionable campaign thinking and clear creative direction.
Campaign & Partnership Delivery
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of integrated brand campaigns spanning social, digital, experiential, partnerships, talent/ambassador activity and production.
- Oversee sports‑aligned brand activations, ensuring campaigns feel authentic to fans, relevant to culture and rooted in audience behaviour.
- Drive the development of partnership assets, toolkits, social content, brand storytelling and multi-market campaign rollouts.
Creative & Production Management
- Partner closely with creative, production and strategy teams to bring big ideas to life across channels.
- Oversee digital and social content production, ensuring platform‑native output that meets sporting and cultural audience expectations.
- Maintain operational excellence across workflows, budgets, timelines and cross-functional team management.
Growth & Leadership
- Identify growth opportunities within accounts and proactively shape how brands show up in sport and culture.
- Mentor and develop account teams, promoting best practice across integrated delivery, client communication and creative collaboration.
- Support new business efforts, contributing to pitch strategy, partnership thinking and campaign frameworks.
What We're Looking For
- Deep experience in sport - whether through brand partnerships, sponsorship activation, fan engagement, event marketing, or sport‑adjacent campaigns.
- Strong background delivering multi-channel, integrated campaigns, ideally across social, digital, experiential and partnership environments.
- Demonstrated experience working with sporting organisations, rights‑holders, talent, or culturally relevant brands.
- Proficiency in overseeing social content and digital production, with a clear understanding of platform behaviours and audience expectations.
- Natural client leader with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide strategic direction.
- Skilled at balancing creativity with delivery - ensuring ideas land with impact while maintaining operational excellence.
- Passionate about sport, culture, social storytelling and how fans interact with brands.
