The Role
We're seeking a Junior / Midweight AI Creative to join our AI Creative team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of creativity and AI, supporting the creation and delivery of AI-powered solutions for clients while developing AI-first and AI-integrated ideas that demonstrate the potential of this transformative technology.
You will collaborate closely with Creative Directors, AI specialists, and technical teams to help bring generative AI concepts to life across multiple creative outputs.
What You'll Be Doing
Developing AI-first and AI-integrated creative concepts
Experimenting with GenAI tools to generate ideas, visuals, and experiences
Collaborating with Creative Directors, AI specialists, and other creative team members
Assisting in delivering projects for campaigns, client pitches, and internal innovation
Contributing innovative ideas and solutions to solve creative challenges
Learning and developing AI creative skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
About You
Junior to midweight creative experience, ideally with a passion for AI and emerging technologies
Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills
Curious, adaptable, and excited by new tools and ways of working
Comfortable collaborating with technical teams and contributing to both creative and AI-driven projects
Portfolio demonstrating conceptual ideas, craft, and a forward-thinking approach
