Key Account Manager - SaaS
Milton Keynes (Hybrid working)
£60,000 + OTE
Sphere Digital Recruitment are working with a global SaaS leader, recognised for delivering innovative, customer-centric solutions that transform the way businesses operate. They are looking for a Key Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of mid-to-large enterprise accounts, driving growth, renewals, and long-term customer success.
You'll partner with senior stakeholders across multiple functions, uncovering new opportunities within existing accounts, ensuring adoption of the platform, and delivering measurable value. This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leader in cloud-based software and play a central role in their continued expansion.
The Role
Own and manage a portfolio of key mid-to-large enterprise accounts
Drive renewals, upsell and cross-sell opportunities to achieve revenue growth
Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders across client organisations
Create and execute detailed account plans to maximise customer outcomes
Collaborate with internal teams (Support, Product, Engineering) to ensure customer satisfaction
Manage escalations, mitigate risk, and secure long-term retention
Regularly meet customers face-to-face, strengthening partnerships and maximising adoption
Forecast and track key account metrics including renewals, upgrades, and pipeline
You
8+ years' experience in SaaS/software sales, with 3+ years in enterprise account management
Proven success in growing revenue within existing accounts and exceeding quota
Background in selling enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, HRMS or similar preferred
Strong consultative sales skills, with the ability to uncover needs and position value
Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Confident operating independently in a hybrid/remote environment
Open to domestic travel for customer meetings
