We have an exciting opportunity for a lead recruiter to join our team and lead contract recruitment at JasperRose, who hire accountancy-focused roles into JR’s existing customers and Sphere’s untapped customers.
About The Role
As a Lead Recruiter, you will:
Take ownership of roles with long‑standing JR customers
Expand into new opportunities across Sphere’s vast existing client network
Build high‑quality relationships with clients and candidates
Lead with pace; getting on the phone, meeting clients in person, and driving your desk forward
Contribute to a team culture that prides itself on excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement
