We are seeking a Lead Recruiter to join our Qualified team, focusing on roles within JasperRose’s established customer base as well as Sphere’s largely untapped client portfolio.
About The Role
As a Lead Recruiter, you will:
Take ownership of roles with long‑standing JR customers
Expand into new opportunities across Sphere’s vast existing client network
Build high‑quality relationships with clients and candidates
Lead with pace; getting on the phone, meeting clients in person, and driving your desk forward
Contribute to a team culture that prides itself on excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
Minimum of 2 years of experience recruiting within the qualified finance space
Driven, ambitious, and hungry to build your desk and impact the wider business
A natural relationship‑builder who enjoys fast‑paced recruitment environments
Knowledgeable in placing accounting or finance roles
Someone who enjoys collaboration, learning, and refining their craft
Commercial, proactive, and excited to meet clients face‑to‑face
