The Role
This is an opportunity for an experienced Amazon Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of brands and play a key role in driving long-term growth and performance on Amazon. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in an agency environment, enjoys managing client relationships, and brings a proactive, solutions-led mindset to account management.
You'll act as the day-to-day lead for clients, ensuring account health, performance optimisation and best-in-class execution across Amazon Seller and Vendor Central. Working closely with senior stakeholders and internal specialists, you'll help shape and deliver strategies that translate into measurable commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
Client Account Management
Act as the primary day-to-day client contact, delivering clear, proactive and timely communication.
Build strong, trust-based relationships that drive retention, renewals and referrals.
Own daily account health, including catalogue accuracy, content quality and performance monitoring.
Amazon Strategy & Optimisation
Implement and optimise Amazon growth strategies in line with agreed objectives.
Optimise listings, keywords and advertising performance to drive sustainable growth.
Monitor trends and performance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Case Management & Customer Experience
Create, escalate and resolve cases with Amazon support efficiently.
Protect and enhance customer feedback, reviews and overall brand experience.
Brand Governance
Act as brand guardian, ensuring all listings and content align with Amazon best practice and platform guidelines.
Maintain consistency, accuracy and compliance across all brand assets.
Reporting & Analysis
Deliver monthly performance reporting with clear insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with media specialists to ensure reporting accuracy and actionable analysis.
Budget & Financial Oversight
Manage monthly invoicing and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Support budget control, forecasting and performance against commercial targets.
You
Experience & Skills
3+ years' hands-on Amazon brand management experience (agency background strongly preferred).
Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
Experience managing advertising budgets, forecasting and basic P&L responsibility.
Advanced Excel and reporting skills; confident with PowerPoint and Word.
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines.
