We're looking for a proactive and driven Marketplace Growth Associate to join a London-based team. This is a unique opportunity focused on driving incremental revenue through marketplace expansion and strategic growth initiatives. You'll work closely with the Head of Marketplace to identify, launch, and own long-term projects that unlock meaningful new revenue streams.
A bit about the role
- Drive marketplace expansion by supporting growth into new geographies and leading expansion across additional marketplaces beyond existing channels
- Own strategic deep-dive and "frontier" projects, including exploring how AI can be used as a revenue driver and long-term competitive advantage
- Research, test, and implement new tools and services to drive incremental revenue and scalable marketplace growth
A bit about you
- Commercially minded and comfortable being measured against clear revenue growth target
- Brings a forward-looking mindset with the ability to quickly test and act on new ideas
- A genuine interest in the future of marketplaces and e-commerce, with a proactive approach to learning and staying close to industry developments
- Demonstrable experience using AI to drive impact, whether through building, improving, or optimising tools, workflows, or processes
