Role: Senior Account Executive

About the Role

An established player in the digital advertising and programmatic media industry is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join their growing New York team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading brands and agencies, driving impactful media strategies through data-driven, programmatic solutions.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver against fiscal and strategic sales objectives.

  • Build and foster strong relationships with marketing agencies and brands.

  • Manage and maintain accurate sales forecasting tools and reporting.

  • Collaborate with internal trading and account management teams to deliver on client goals and campaign performance.

  • Communicate clearly and persuasively with both internal stakeholders and external partners, tailoring your approach to achieve positive outcomes.

  • Identify business challenges that can be solved through innovative digital and programmatic solutions.

  • Continuously seek new ways to improve processes and meet evolving market needs.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in digital media, ideally with a focus on programmatic advertising or display.

  • A high level of self-motivation and ownership - able to operate with an entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strategic thinking and the ability to go beyond RFPs to create solutions aligned with client objectives.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment and a belief in "winning together."

  • Previous experience within or alongside marketing agencies is highly valued.

  • A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine desire to grow with the business.
