Omnichannel Partnerships Manager - $100-115K base plus $30K bonus

Are you a driven partnerships pro with a passion for digital innovation? We're looking for an Omnichannel Partnerships Manager to help drive strategic growth and execution across key partnerships in the U.S. market.

This is a high-impact, strategic role at the heart of a global AdTech company's U.S. expansion. You'll play a pivotal role in activating key partner relationships, aligning global and regional strategies, and ensuring seamless execution across channels and platforms.

🚀 What You'll Be Doing

  • Own and grow strategic partnerships across the U.S., deepening relationships and identifying new commercial opportunities.
  • Lead omnichannel activation efforts tied to key product offerings and third-party collaborations.
  • Work cross-functionally with global teams to ensure a unified go-to-market approach and optimal partner engagement.
  • Act as a regional brand ambassador, enhancing market presence and credibility.
  • Support commercial teams on client engagements, partner pitches, and RFPs with tailored partnership solutions.
  • Deliver insight-led reporting to stakeholders and collaborate on growth strategies.
  • Identify ecosystem gaps and contribute to roadmap discussions for U.S. expansion.

🎯 What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years in partnerships, account management, or business development within AdTech, MarTech, or digital media.
  • A proven track record of GTM execution and partner-led revenue growth.
  • Strong knowledge of programmatic advertising, media platforms, or emerging digital trends.
  • Confidence in working with both commercial and technical teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
