Works closely with: Department Heads, Client Services, Creative, Strategy & Paid Media teams

The Role
We're on the lookout for an organised, proactive Operations Manager to help streamline our internal systems and support daily agency delivery. This is a key hire for the business - sitting at the heart of multiple teams to ensure projects run efficiently, work flows are optimised, and our people are supported to do their best work.

What You'll Be Doing

• Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring internal tools (e.g. project management, resourcing, time tracking) are running smoothly

• Monitoring live briefs and timelines to ensure team alignment across departments

• Supporting capacity planning and resourcing visibility for leadership

• Maintaining and improving agency process documentation and training materials

• Onboarding new joiners and supporting team leads with system adoption

• Monitoring time sheet compliance and delivering usage reports

• Troubleshooting operational bottlenecks and suggesting process improvements

• Partnering with the COO on strategic operational initiatives and automation

About You

• Experience in operations ideally from an agency or creative/media environment)

• Familiar with tools such as Asana, Float, Monday.com, or similar

• Strong communicator with confidence working across all levels of the business

• Process-driven and detail-focused, but flexible and solutions-oriented

• A team player with a people-first mindset - ready to collaborate and make an impact
