Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager - DTC, E-Commerce & Performance Marketing
Location: London (Hybrid/Remote options)
Salary: up to £48k.
About the Role:
We're working with a fast-growing London-based agency looking for a Paid Media Manager to lead DTC and E-Commerce campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on performance marketing professional who loves driving results, mentoring juniors, and shaping the agency's DTC offering.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and more
Manage campaigns end-to-end: ad copy, targeting, bids, and optimizations
Analyze and report on campaign performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations
Conduct A/B testing to improve conversions
Mentor junior team members and support the growth of the team
Ensure campaigns meet client briefs, objectives, and KPIs
Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on paid media experience
Experience with DTC brands and e-commerce campaigns
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Merchant Centre, Meta, TikTok, Tag Manager
1+ years client-facing experience (QBRs, monthly reporting)
Proven track record of scaling campaigns successfully
Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends
