Paid Media Account Manager
London (Hybrid, 2 days office) | Permanent | Salary £35,000-£42,000 depending on experience.
I am working on an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing independent agency, working across clients in ecommerce, retail, FMCG and travel.
We're looking for a Paid Media Account Manager with 2-3 years' experience across Paid Search & Paid Social to take ownership of client relationships and campaign delivery. Perfect for an Account Executive ready to step up, or an Account Manager seeking a new challenge.
What you'll do
- Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube & Amazon
- Deliver against KPIs (CPA, ROAS) while troubleshooting and improving performance
- Lead client relationships, calls and meetings with confidence
- Mentor and develop junior team members
What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience in Paid Search (Search & PMAX) and Paid Social (Conversion & Catalogue campaigns)
- Strong analytical skills with Excel/Looker Studio experience
- Confident communicator and presenter, with great client management skills
- Organised, proactive and up to date with the latest industry trends
