We're hiring a Paid Media Manager to lead and deliver effective, well-planned paid campaigns across a mix of B2B and D2C clients.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how paid media works in practice - from strategy and setup through to optimisation, reporting and client conversations.
The role
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of paid media activity, working closely with account leads and wider digital teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing paid media strategies and media plans aligned to client objectives and KPIs
- Managing and optimising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn
- Owning budgets, bids and performance tracking
- Producing clear, insightful reporting using tools such as GA4, Looker Studio and Excel
- Identifying performance issues and recommending practical solutions
- Working with Social, Design and Digital teams to deliver integrated campaigns
- Supporting junior team members and contributing to a collaborative team environment
About you
You'll be a good fit if you:
- Have solid, hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns
- Are comfortable working across both B2B and D2C accounts
- Can explain performance and insight clearly to non-specialists
- Are organised, detail-focused and commercially aware
- Enjoy collaborating and sharing knowledge within a team
- Keep up to date with platform developments, automation and AI tools
- Agency experience is beneficial but not essential.
