JOB PURPOSE:
We're looking for a Paid Media Manager with expertise in e-commerce campaigns across Google advertising products, including Search, Shopping, Display, and PMax. Your role will be pivotal in harnessing the power of Google's advertising ecosystem to fuel significant e-commerce growth for our diverse range of clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience developing and executing paid search strategies, with specific expertise in ecommerce across all Google's products. Working alongside the rest of the Paid Media team, you'll deliver a full funnel approach across a range of paid media channels - to deliver against your clients KPIs.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include management and optimisation of these campaigns, including feed optimisation, tracking and pixel management, and the analysis and optimisation of creative content and placement. With a solid background in Paid Search and a demonstrated ability to scale brands, you'll have an in-depth understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CPA, CPL, and ROAS, along with a comprehensive approach to KPI analysis.

Key requirements & experience

  • Manage and optimise e-commerce campaigns across Google Ads, with a focus on maximising ROI.
  • Implement feed optimisation strategies and manage tracking and pixels to ensure accurate data collection and attribution.
  • Analyze creative content and placement, making data-driven decisions to enhance campaign performance.
  • Work with budgets ranging from £2,000 to £100,000, demonstrating a sharp eye for detail and a drive for success.

Candidate requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns with a significant focus on Google Ads for e-commerce.
  • Expertise in the full spectrum of Google's advertising products..
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and metrics, with experience optimising towards CPA, CPL, CPI, and other relevant KPIs.
  • Google Ads & Analytics certifications are essential.
  • Degree level education
  • Strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience in data analysis and attribution.
