Paid Media Managers

A fast-growing performance marketing agecny based in Austin is seeking a strategic, data-driven Mid-Senior level Paid Media Managers to lead performance across major paid media accounts. In this role, you'll manage key client relationships, develop high-impact media strategies, and deliver insights and recommendations that drive measurable growth.

What You'll Do:

• Lead strategy and performance across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and emerging channels

• Own client relationships on top-tier accounts, including presenting QBRs

• Analyze KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable optimizations

• Collaborate with analytics, BI, SEO, PPC, creative, and senior leadership teams

• Guide creative testing and inform high-performing ad concepts

• Manage budget allocation and recommend new channel opportunities

• Mentor paid media specialists and contribute to overall team development

What We're Looking For:

• 2-5+ years of Paid and Social experience with strong hands-on campaign management

• Proven success running large-scale, complex strategies across multiple channels

• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics (Display/Programmatic is a plus)

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Proficiency in Excel + PowerPoint

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
