Are you a data‑driven Paid Search specialist ready to take real ownership and shape the future of in‑house performance for a recognisable global brand? An established in‑house agency is expanding its Performance Media function and looking for a confident, curious, and commercially minded Paid Search Account Manager to join its growing team.

The Role

As Paid Search Account Manager, you'll be part of a talented biddable search team, leading on best‑in‑class activation and optimisation across multi‑market campaigns. You'll be hands‑on, analytical, and the go‑to specialist championing search excellence internally.

You'll:

  • Lead, mentor and inspire junior team members - setting high standards and driving quality.
  • Oversee campaign delivery, optimisation and performance with flawless execution.
  • Run robust daily diagnostics to ensure accuracy and mitigate risks.
  • Act as the paid search specialist across meetings, training sessions and cross‑functional projects.
  • Deliver clear, actionable reporting and insights - with a focus on causation, not just correlation.
  • Work across major platforms including SA360, GMP, Google Analytics, Adobe and more.
  • Have the opportunity to broaden into additional biddable channels if you're keen to develop wider skills.

About You

You'll love this role if you're proactive, detail‑obsessed and genuinely passionate about performance marketing. You'll bring:

  • Strong hands‑on PPC knowledge with up‑to‑date certifications.
  • Experience managing large, multi‑market accounts and budgets.
  • A natural ability to juggle multiple priorities - for yourself and others.
  • Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and comfort working with data to extract insight.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with bid management platforms (SA360, Adobe, GMP etc.).
  • Fluency in either Spanish or Italian - essential for supporting multi‑market delivery.
  • Bonus: experience across additional biddable channels.
