The role of Paid Social Account Manager will be to support the Account Director to deliver first class Paid Social implementation strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing digital team and support the development of Account Executives.

The Job

As the Paid Social Account Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • To provide strong digital leadership for your clients, being the expert in your field, predominantly social media.
  • To build fantastic relationships with suppliers across Social, Display, and Programmatic
  • Managing, mentoring, and developing the Media Executives, Assistants and Apprentices within your team
  • Working closely with the Planning and Strategy team to deliver work on time, on budget and on brief
  • Collaborate and work closely with all other specialist teams across the group to deliver proactive client management outside of the briefs, and make clients see you as their true partner
  • To challenge clients and briefs (and yourself) to ensure mutually rewarding client relationships and that a first-class media output is always delivered
  • Compiling of campaign reviews, recommendations, ideas (however sensible or daft) for future client activities
  • Be on top of the latest industry developments and technology in the market, and know each partner's offerings better than anyone else.
  • Build an understanding of the other disciplines within the agency (TV, Radio, OOH, Press, PPC, SEO, Data and Analytics) to enhance your media planning and buying skills.
  • To keep on top of all things finance, and always thinking of new processes or initiatives to improve our efficiency

You

For the role of Paid Social Account Manager this agency are looking for this person to have the following skills and experience:

  • Relevant agency experience and not be afraid to get involved in things outside of your day-to-day role
  • Be skilled in Prisma/ MediaOcean or similar media buying platform
  • Experience at a set up and activation level across Meta or LinkedIn Self-Serve platforms (Pinterest, Snap and TikTok are a nice to have but not essential at this stage - full training will be given)
  • Understand the fundamentals of campaign set up, AdOps and data visualisation dashboards
  • Experience in the development, management, and activation of digital media campaigns
  • An omnichannel outlook, with a good understanding of the media owner landscape importantly social, plus programmatic and PPC and how they work together
  • Understanding of attribution and the relationships across different channels
  • Previous experience in managing an Executive or Assistant would be a huge benefit
  • Demonstrate confidence in liaising directly with clients and lead on accounts
  • A proactive, solution focused and ambitious approach - willing to go the extra mile with a positive outlook
