Account Manager - Paid Social


Location: London (Hybrid) |Salary: £40,000 - £48,000 depending on experience.

I'm partnering with a fast-growing, award-winning performance marketing agency that's leading the way in Paid Social, paid media, and digital strategy. They're looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their talented Paid Social team - a brilliant opportunity to step into a role that blends client leadership, strategy, and hands-on campaign management.

About the Role
As an Account Manager, you'll be central to client success, leading day-to-day communications, advising on strategy, and ensuring campaigns deliver exceptional results. You'll also mentor junior team members, helping them grow into strong campaign managers while maintaining high standards of delivery and profitability.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own advanced Paid Social campaigns, including ideation, strategy, execution, and reporting
  • Lead client meetings alongside Account Directors, providing insight and clear explanations of performance
  • Mentor junior team members, helping develop their skills and confidence
  • Collaborate across channels and departments to deliver cohesive client solutions
  • Manage client expectations with confidence, providing clarity on performance, forecasts, and opportunities
  • Contribute to internal projects, knowledge sharing, and process improvement

Who We're Looking For

  • Experienced in multiple verticals, adapting Paid Social strategy to different business goals
  • Strong client communication skills: able to challenge decisions, influence outcomes, and manage priorities
  • Confident in prioritisation and delegation while understanding commercial impact
  • Experienced in mentoring and developing junior team members
  • Skilled in cross-channel collaboration and internal knowledge sharing
