About the Role
We're looking for a Paid Social Manager to join a leading global media and marketing agency. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of high-profile campaigns across multiple social platforms, driving performance and innovation for well-known clients.
You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid social campaigns, working closely with internal teams and clients to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and manage paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta and TikTok
- Monitor performance and optimise campaigns to achieve KPIs (CPA, ROAS, engagement, etc.)
- Analyse data and provide actionable insights and reporting to clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop best-in-class campaigns
- Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, and emerging opportunities
- Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend
Requirements
- Proven experience in paid social campaign management (agency experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of major social platforms and their advertising tools
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
