We're working with a dynamic and growing digital agency that's on the lookout for a passionate and commercially-savvy Account Manager to lead client relationships across multi-channel digital campaigns. If you thrive in fast-paced agency environments and have a track record of delivering strategic success across SEO, PPC, Paid & Organic Social, this one's for you.
The Role
You'll be the go-to contact for clients, owning relationships and driving digital performance through expertly executed campaigns. From strategic planning through to execution and reporting, you'll ensure that every touchpoint delivers value, results, and exceptional service.
What You'll Be Doing
Acting as the lead contact for clients across SEO, PPC, Organic and Paid Social campaigns
Building and delivering strategic digital roadmaps that align with business goals
Managing projects end-to-end, collaborating closely with internal teams including Web, Content, and Performance
Driving revenue growth through proactive account development and performance optimisation
Taking ownership of forecasts, budgets, and billing within CRM and finance systems
Coaching and supporting junior team members, while also helping onboard new starters
Championing excellent client service, retention and satisfaction across all accounts
Keeping clients informed with clear reporting on performance, progress and outcomes
You'll Need
2+ years' experience in a digital agency environment, managing integrated campaigns
A strong background in digital strategy across PPC, SEO, and Paid Social
Experience working with B2B clients - property sector experience is a bonus
A client-first mindset and the ability to juggle multiple accounts with ease
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
A commercial eye with strong attention to detail and organisation
