My client is a large media group, and they're able to reach over millions of consumers within the UK on a weekly basis.
The Job
As the Performance Marketing Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Act as the marketing team's subject matter expert, leading acquisition strategies
- Plan and execute campaigns across Paid Social, Paid Search, ASA, Google UAC, and more
- Oversee end-to-end multi-channel campaigns.
- Analyse and optimise performance using analytics tools; collaborate on ASO to boost visibility and installs
- Work closely with Brand, Product, and Analytics teams to align on goals and user insights
- Build strong connections with agencies and partners.
You
- 2+ years in performance marketing, ideally in entertainment, media, or entertainment.
- Self-starter with strong autonomy and leadership in digital marketing
- Expert in performance marketing across Paid Social, Paid Search, ASA, Google UAC, and app stores
- Strong creative instincts with a keen eye for detail and a record of impactful campaigns.
- Skilled in Apple Search Ads, Google Analytics, Ads platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok), and MMPs like AppsFlyer
- Strong project manager, able to juggle multiple campaigns and stakeholders
- Strategic and creative thinker with a keen eye for data-driven insights and impactful campaigns
