The Job
- Own the full planning, launch and optimisation process for YouTube Ads across multiple accounts.
- Develop video campaign strategies across awareness, consideration and conversion stages, aligned with client objectives.
- Build, manage and refine audiences using signals from GA4, first-party data, lookalikes, in-market segments and customer lists.
- Work closely with the creative team to shape briefs for YouTube creative assets, including bumper ads, skippable in-stream, in-feed, and vertical formats.
- Test and optimise hooks, messaging, formats, and CTAs to improve key performance indicators (e.g. VTR, CPV, CTR, ROAS).
- Advise on creative best practices for YouTube and guide clients in developing effective video content for the platform.
You
- 3-5+ years of experience managing Google Ads accounts across a mix of search, shopping and video.
- Strong, hands-on experience running YouTube Ads - not just boosting videos but strategically planning and scaling campaigns.
- Clear understanding of audience segmentation, YouTube ad formats, and performance benchmarks across funnel stages.
- Strong knowledge of GA4 and its integration with Google Ads.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable performance improvements and efficient account scaling.
