Product Operations Specialist - London (Hybrid) - £30-35k + bonus

Product Operations Specialist wanted for a global MarTech platform.

Sphere Digital Recruitment are working exclusively with a leading MarTech company that helps businesses effectively use data for bettering their customer experiences. As they continue to grow their UK presence, they are hiring a Product Operations Specialist to join their team in London.

This role is based in London and will be hybrid (3 days in office per week - flexible on day)

The role:

• Owning and overseeing the on boarding and technical setup for multiple core clients with ongoing platform adoption
• Acting as a key technical contact for clients, supporting them through data delivery, troubleshooting, and optimisation
• Working closely with internal teams like Product, Engineering, Data and more
• Optimising data quality, activation and commercial outcomes
• You will be splitting your time approximately to 50% client-facing and 50% internal collaboration

You:

• Have 1-2 years' experience in Product Operations, Technical Support, Customer Success, or a similar technical role
• Are technically minded and comfortable working with data sets and problem-solving independently
• Hold a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
• Have experience in or exposure to MarTech, AdTech, or data-driven businesses (highly desirable)
• Ideally have experience with any of: Python, AWS/Cloud Platforms, Snowflake, APIs and data integrations
• Are confident communicating with clients and explaining technical concepts clearly
