🎯 The Role

As Sales Director, you'll play a critical role in expanding the company's footprint with agencies and brands across the U.S. This is a high-impact, high-visibility position suited to a commercially savvy leader with a proven track record in digital media sales.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Owning and delivering against fiscal and strategic revenue goals
  • Developing deep, consultative relationships with key agencies and brands
  • Collaborating with Trading and Client Services teams to meet and exceed client expectations
  • Managing forecasting, pipeline tools, and reporting to keep leadership informed
  • Identifying complex business challenges and demonstrating how your solutions add value
  • Leading with insight and innovation - finding smarter, faster ways to work
  • Communicating with influence across internal stakeholders and external partners

About You

This role is ideal for a driven, entrepreneurial sales leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You're energized by targets, inspired by tech, and have a natural ability to build strong relationships.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, ideally programmatic display
  • Strong understanding of the agency/brand ecosystem
  • Strategic thinker with a flair for uncovering client challenges and creating tailored solutions
  • High level of motivation and ownership - you run your patch like it's your own business
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset - you win with and through others
  • Experience working within or alongside media agencies is a strong plus
  • Positive, growth-oriented attitude with a passion for building something meaningful
