Sphere are working with a top agency to find them an experienced Project Manager on a freelance/contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a brilliant team of 20+ creatives on an exciting retail client account, delivering standout brand and packaging projects.
The Role
As Project Manager, you'll be the key link between the internal creative team and the end client - a major name in the retail space. You'll manage timelines, scope, budgets, and resources to ensure seamless delivery across a range of brand and packaging projects. You'll also support creative leads in shaping process and workflow, keeping projects running smoothly from concept to completion.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and coordinating multiple brand and packaging projects simultaneously
- Acting as the day-to-day point of contact between agency and client
- Supporting creative and design teams with project timelines, resources, and briefs
- Ensuring delivery to the highest standard - on time, on brief, and on budget
- Helping to spot challenges early and solve problems quickly
What We're Looking For
- A strong background in creative project management, ideally in a design agency setting
- Proven experience working on brand and packaging projects
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Confident handling retail/FMCG clients and managing senior stakeholders
