Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Project Manager / Program Managers to drive large-scale product adoption initiatives. In this role, you will oversee the development, launch, and optimisation of content campaigns and product programs designed to inspire creators to adopt and utilise platform tools. You will ideally be based in Berlin, and happy to be in an office 3 days per week. You must be able to speak German to a fluent or native level.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and manage end-to-end content campaigns and product adoption programs
Collaborate closely with product teams and regional or central operations teams to identify program opportunities and coordinate resources for smooth execution.
Establish clear measurement plans and set shared objectives in alignment with creator engagement and product strategies.
Monitor program performance by tracking key performance indicators, evaluating outcomes, and iterating to improve future campaigns. Share regular updates and actionable insights with stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with creator-facing teams, developing outreach strategies and supporting community-building initiatives, including webinars and creator groups.
Promote discovery of programs through in-app channels such as push notifications, in-app websites, and email campaigns.
Adapt and localise global content and programs to fit regional market requirements, including customization and translation of assets.
Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated understanding of the creator economy and experience working with creators.
Experience with creator-related products, including knowledge of the creator journey and tools across platforms.
For mid-level roles: 2+ years of experience in program management, product marketing, or product development.
For senior roles: 5+ years of relevant experience in similar areas.
Proven ability to analyse complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proactive, accountable, and collaborative team player.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments.
Experience collaborating in global teams across time zones and cultures.
