5 days per week- 4 days in the office.
A highly motivated Freelance Project Manager is required to join a fast-paced creative content team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on both digital and print campaigns for leading brands across multiple sectors.
The successful candidate will have strong experience in delivering branded content, a thorough understanding of project management processes, and the ability to work calmly and collaboratively in high-pressure environments.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
End-to-end project management (digital & print) of branded content campaigns
Overseeing the full project lifecycle using a range of development methodologies and tools
Delivery of native content and bespoke campaign elements with supporting media
Analysing campaign performance across multiple platforms, including social media
Managing multiple concurrent projects of varying scope and scale, often with numerous stakeholders
Collaborating with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth delivery
Detailed financial management, including budget setting, forecasting, and maintaining P&Ls
Maintaining high standards of communication, reporting project status to internal teams and clients, including presenting where required
Ensuring all deliverables are completed to a high standard and on schedule
Essential Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience in project management within digital advertising, publishing, media, or agency environments
Print production knowledge and experience
Strong understanding of the project lifecycle and development methodologies
Experience with native advertising and branded content production
Ability to analyse and report on campaign performance, including digital and social metrics
Track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings
Familiarity with film and photo shoot production processes, with experience leading cross-functional teams
Financial management expertise, including budgeting and financial tracking
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Flexible, adaptable, and a quick learner, with the ability to adopt new systems and processes as required
Strong initiative, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills
Previous CMS experience, including content creation and publishing
Knowledge of SEO best practices (e.g. keywords, metadata, link equity)
Experience using Google Analytics and reporting on digital campaign performance
