Remote Publisher Sales Manager, CTV SSP - $100,000 - 130,000 base + 20% bonus.

The Company

This company is making a massive growth push in one of the most exciting spaces in Ad Tech. The Convergent TV space is one of the leading channels and their technology provides one of the best solutions amongst other companies. They are able to provide real-time, unified ad serving + monetization in CTV, set up box VOD, linear, and national addressable.

They work with large publishers and media owners across the world and have partnerships being announced every day to continue that growth.

They have been in the Ad Tech space for more than 15 years but recently had a major shift to capitalize on the opportunity to be a leader in the CTV Ad Tech space. They have private equity funding as well as government backing.

They need someone with a strong knowledge of the Ad Tech landscape with ideally some Supply Side experience in Sales or Publisher Development who importantly wants to learn and be a part of this Rocketship!

The Role

As a Publisher Sales Manager, you will:

  • Selling the company's core product to bring on more Publishers across the whole of the US
  • Be the product expert and show the value of this to your clients regularly
  • Be the tech expert in the sale and show your extensive market knowledge to educate clients
  • Consulting and educating contacts on the benefits of the product and how it can impact their content
  • Pitching to and meeting with Tier 1 Publishers to connect them with your SSP
  • Attending various trade shows and events


  • Ambitious and driven self-starter with great contacts in the Supply space ideally
  • Ideally some Programmatic knowledge
  • CTV knowledge
  • You could be coming from a Digital Planner background in a publisher
  • Passionate about digital advertising and ad technology
  • Ideally you'll have 2-5 years sales experience
  • Knowledge of the digital ecosystem and digital advertising
  • You can either come from an Ad Tech or Publisher background
  • Fun, personable and intelligent with a desire to get ahead!
