Our client is a global leader in Retail Media, working with some of the world's most recognisable brands to transform customer experiences through powerful technology and precision targeting.
They are now looking for a Client Partner to lead growth and innovation across a portfolio of enterprise accounts within Retail Media. This is a consultative, high-touch role where relationship-building, solution strategy, and commercial acumen come together.
The Role:
- Lead senior-level relationships across key enterprise clients, acting as a strategic partner and trusted advisor.
- Identify and unlock growth opportunities within existing accounts, aligning client objectives with innovative digital media and optimisation solutions.
- Build tailored roadmaps that drive value across performance, customer experience, and marketing efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success) to deliver a unified strategy and best-in-class client outcomes.
- Work closely with leadership to shape account development plans and long-term growth strategies.
You:
- 5 + years in a client development or enterprise account management
- Experience within Retail Media
- Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships and navigating complex organisational structures.
- A consultative problem-solver with a strong understanding of data-led media and onsite solutions.
- Commercially savvy with a track record of growing high-value accounts.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to challenge, advise, and influence with credibility.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
